|Resident Clothing Program
Clean Tex operates TexCare, a plant specifically designed for our Resident Clothing Program. This allows us to process your residentsí clothing in an environment that is focused on the proper wash and dry procedures required for each wardrobe. All items are inspected prior to the wash process to determine whether they are washable and can be processed through a laundry cycle. Items that cannot be washed (as well as any personal items that may be recovered during our inspection process) are properly identified as such and returned to your residents.
Each resident is provided color coded net bags that are labeled with the facility name, room and bed number to ensure that their clothing is properly cleaned and returned to them.
All procedures for handling of your residentsí clothing are reviewed with your staff and tracked through our system to ensure that these personal clothing items are given the utmost care. In-servicing for all staff members is provided by Clean Tex representatives so that all procedures for the handling of your residentsí personal clothing are being adhered to. Net bag inventories will be conducted on a regular basis to determine that a sufficient number bags are provided for each resident utilizing this program.
We understand the importance of providing a high quality system that not only processes your residents' clothing in the proper wash and finishing environment, but also gets the right clothing back to each resident.
